Our company came into existence on the strength of the principals who with many years of experience in Management have often seen organizations fail to realize their true potential that their Management System has to offer, and in so doing have not maximized the return on what is a significant investment.
There has been a major paradigm shift in the industry away from unnecessary documentation and focus on conformity to a more flexible approach where the business processes predominate, but alas it is our experience that this has not been widely recognized and implementation is a rare occurrence. The old elemental approach still predominates, no doubt driven by fear and the inherent human weakness of reluctance to change.
It is the goal of Soma Associates to expose people to the advantages that the above mentioned paradigm shift has to offer and put new life and meaning into management system methodology.
